What is CEO Peer Group?

CEO Peer Group is a structured support environment that allows CEO members to give and receive the benefit of their experience, insight and resources.  Groups are comprised of six to twelve members who meet monthly for three to four hours.  CEO Peer Group operates with a set of sophisticated ground rules and processes that have evolved over several decades of practice.  CEO Peer Group is not a “fix it” or a “therapy group.”

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the most basic and most important aspect of a CEO Peer Group group’s success.  In order for CEO Peer Group to work, members must share openly and honestly which requires the confidence that everything is treated as confidential information.

Content vs. Process

CEO Peer Groups progress through three Levels of Experience. Each level has two elements, the first has to do with content (i.e., the topics being discussed) and the second has to do with process (i.e., the behaviors and emotions of the group.)  The development of more meaningful discussions is directly related to the process level at which the CEO Peer Group is operating and how safe members feel opening up with the group.
