Harold (Hal) E. Fischer, Jr.

vhibit Software builds virtual exhibit software for the events industry that allows users to take the old fashion business model of traditional offline events in the employment, college-bound, and trade show industries and brings them online with new technology that is more far reaching, cost effective, and measurable.

Prior to starting his civilian career, Mr. Fischer enlisted in the United States Air Force.  Upon completion of basic military training and technical training, Mr. Fischer was assigned to a position as a Command Staff Administrator and two years later was selected as the “best” young administrator in the entire European Air Force Command. At the completion of this assignment, Mr. Fischer was handpicked to work at Headquarters Air Force Space Command in Colorado Springs.  Working with officials of a major military command, Mr. Fischer helped to develop and shape military staffing programs worldwide.  Mr. Fischer, then transferred to the Pennsylvania Air National Guard at Willow Grove NAS, Pennsylvania where he later accepted a position as an Air National Guard Recruiter.  He graduated top in his class from Air Force Recruiter Training School—arguably the toughest sales school of its kind anywhere.

Mr. Fischer is a businessman who’s entrepreneurial spirit and military roots run deep. Mr. Fischer has brought together his vision by combining his military experience, recruiting and staffing knowledge to cultivate strong relationships with the military community and civilian corporations to launch his businesses.

Hal Fischer is married to the former Vina Esliger of Port Charlotte, Florida – she is also a company officer for Military Stars. They have two daughters, Karissa (12) and Kailey (11).  All are actively involved in the community with the Family Partnership Center of Manatee County and other civic organizations.
