Hal Fischer is an accomplished entrepreneur who has led several successful start-ups over the past 15 years.  He was a Founder and CMO at PrepChamps, a premier online social recruiting community for high school sports.  Also, he was the Founder and CEO of MilitaryStars, which became the largest military career fair company in the nation, as well as a Partner at Orion International, the nation's largest military recruiting firm. Hal’s other companies include YoJobster, an online high school and college job board and vhibit Software, a virtual events company.

Currently, he has been operating and managing LSP Marketing since 1997 where combines his 20 years of marketing experience, both online and offline, to create new business development and revenue generation opportunities for the companies. His broad-based experience allows him to provide tailored business solution for firms struggling to implement and integrate sales and marketing systems with current in-house resources. He focuses on using web technologies with online marketing and sales strategies to develop new concept programs to drive customer acquisition.

Throughout his career, Hal has been recognized as an excellent sales contributor, influential thought leader, trend spotter and top producer, in particular for his efforts in strategic leadership and organization building—two of his many industry-transferable strengths.  He is at his best when working collaboratively to identify market opportunities, devising the go-to-market sales strategies and tactics essential to gaining market share, and working one-on-one with customers to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
