As the co-founder of BizTank LLC, her third successful start-up, Nelle Miller knows what it takes to move a company from start-up to exit by quickly building value in the company's products, services and organization. Throughout her professional career she has leveraged her passion for skillfully converting "concepts" into cohesive organizations. She has been able to use this passion to assist the companies she has worked with to complete complex Merger and Acquisition activities.

Nelle grew up on Long Island, NY and received her university education and degree from Brandeis University in Massachusetts. Nelle was a co-founder and previously the CFO of PlanetResume.com a leading provider of Internet recruitment advertising services focusing on the IT marketplace. She was instrumental to growth of the business that went from start-up to exit inside of five years. Nelle participated in the successful completion of the acquisition of PlanetResume.com by CareerShop.com in October 1999.

Prior to that, Nelle was a partner in the software & hardware development company, Software House, which developed and marketed products in the commercial access control and security market. Nelle was the company's CFO and had overall responsibilities for finance, production & manufacturing, operations and human resources.

In addition to her business activities, Nelle has served on the board of the Lexington Montessori School, and the Advisory Board of The Institute for Learning and Development. Nelle currently serves as a Trustee at Temple Sinai in Sarasota, FL , as Vice President and incoming President of the Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee. In addition, she is a member of the Board of the National Women's Philanthropy at UJC, and has joined the international board of the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI), as an Observer.

Nelle lives in the Sarasota area with her husband Dan and their son Henry. She earned her 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do Karate and enjoys running, reading and cooking.
